Boarding
Meals are served in the restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel. We serve for our clients a hearty buffet style breakfast (from 8 am to 10 am) which is included in the hotel's accommodation price. Lunch and dinner we are handling in near by restaurant Zamecky Vrch (Mansion Hill) ( 350,-CZK/pers./day) (You can book it on-line or buy in the reception)

- Access to the internet is possible in the hotel reception
- We offer office services (sending faxes, copy services)
- We lend irons, coffee pots etc. free of charge
- We accept most credit cards
- Accommodation of pets for a fee (see pricelist)
- We can book spa treatment procedures
- You can choose from our stay packages or we can even prepare an individual stay package according to your wishes
- We can give you recommendations for spending your leisure time or even organize something for you
- Late check-out (paid service, we cannot guarantee this in all cases)

- we are glad to arrange you tickets to the theatre e.t.c.

Parking
Clients of the Hotel Heluan can drive straight to the hotel to check in (Just ignore "no driving" traffic signs at the beginning of the spa zone, however you cannot enter the pedestrian zone). You check in to the hotel and then you can park your car.
We offer you the following options:
- price for parking in the vicinity of the hotel: CZK 250 per day
- guarded parking place (200m away): CZK 250 per day
- underground garages (10-minute walking distance): CZK 250 per day
On the departure day you can again drive straight to the hotel and load your luggage.
